Day of Coordination
This service begins 30 days prior to your scheduled event and is ideal for the client who has finalized all details for their event and requires coordination on the day of. As your planners, we will schedule 2 meetings with you to review vendor details, plans and logistical requirements for the day. Additionally, we will produce a detailed itinerary for seamless operations and while onsite at your event, we will oversee and manage any and all concerns and issues that may arise. The rate for this service begins at $1,500.
Full Service
This service begins anywhere from approx. 10 - 15 months before your event and is ideal for the client who needs help bringing their ideas to fruition and appreciates collaboration, organization, creative ideas and a systematic approach to the planning process. Clients will receive support managing their budget, venue + vendor selection and coordination, logistical planning. Additionally, we will produce a detailed itinerary for seamless operations and while onsite at your event, we will oversee and manage any and all concerns and issues that may arise. The rate for this service begins at $3,000.
